Read the layer and the selected part separately. A Workshop can display a driver panel next to the assembled Bey: an Attack label on Xtreme does not establish that Helios itself is an Attack layer. Likewise, the combat power of a creator's leveled setup is not a base statistic for every copy.

Helios Flare and Spin Thief
In the inspected Workshop, Helios Flare rewards high spin with extra burst pressure, reduces knockback and extends spin duration. Contact with a right-spin opponent also evens out spin. Spin Thief is the separately named awakening, described as improving theft from an opposite-spin opponent.
Our tactical interpretation is to separate opening pressure from a later spin contest. An effect tied to remaining spin should not be assumed to stay at full strength throughout a round. Read the opponent's direction before relying on an opposite-spin interaction; the ability description is not a promise of the same benefit against every layer.

A visible Halo Helios build: Jerk + Xtreme
The Xtreme panel describes a homing dash that spends spin for an attack. That creates a useful question for this combination: does spending spin on contact help finish the round, or leave less time for the layer's spin-related effects? This is an editorial comparison question, not a measured outcome.
Try the recorded combination only with parts you own. Keep upgrades and the opponent comparable when changing one component. Record whether the problem was missed contact, being pushed out or losing the spin contest; those are different reasons to change a setup.

How to get Halo Helios
The community reference records the Standard Banner as an acquisition route. Treat that as history until Halo Helios appears in the current pool on your own screen. A Mythic category label does not specify the probability of this particular layer.
Check the named pool, accepted currency and guarantee wording together. A guarantee for a rarity category is different from a guarantee for Helios. If the menu does not identify the item or explain its conditions, an old guide cannot supply that missing promise.

Why older Helios descriptions differ
The community reference records a switch to Balance in late October. The patch recap also reports the replacement of Solar Shift by Flare Strike and passive improvements around October 28.
Use those records to date an older demonstration, not to reconstruct a current damage formula. An old opinion about the layer may describe a different move set. For a ranking comparison, ask which version and complete setup the author evaluated; a before-and-after headline alone cannot establish a win rate.

Is Halo Helios left-spin?
Yes. The inspected KingEgo Workshop frame explicitly shows LEFT SPIN alongside Halo Helios. This is visible game UI in a creator video, not an inference from the name.
Is Halo Helios Mythic or Balance?
Those describe different fields. Mythic is its visible Inventory rarity. Balance is the layer type reported by community references; the Xtreme driver's Attack label belongs to that part.
What is the recorded Halo Helios build?
KingEgo shows Halo Helios with Jerk Disc and Xtreme Driver. That verifies the combination shown, not that it beats every alternative or works identically at other upgrade levels.
